Hello to all the friends I've yet to meet!

The best and most beautiful things in the world
cannot be seen or even touched,
They must be felt with the heart.
Helen Keller

Hi,
I am a new blogger who would love to share my passion of cross stitch with you. I started cross stitching around 5 1/2 years ago. When my son joined the Air Force I purchased a cross stitch pattern of the seal on ebay. Much to my dismay, only a chart arrived. I assumed they all came in kits with all the stuff you needed. I went to dear friend Gwen, who had been stitching for years to help me get started. I have been hooked ever since. I always have a project or two going, and rarely leave the house without one in my little cross stitch travel bag. Later I will post about my first cross stitch retreat.

Always keep love in your stitches,
Teresa

So happy to "meet" you! Your Traveling Stitcher in your header is beautiful. I stitched that last year, but haven't "finished" it yet. I can't decide if I want to make a pouch or frame it... Hmmmm....
